This is one of Filipino favorite recipe during fiesta, birthday and any occasion. We called this as Dinuguan in our dialect and pork blood stew in English. A Filipino savory pork stew of blood and meat simmered in a rich, spicy gravy of pig blood with garlic, chili and vinegar. It's so yummy with rice.
